I want to help you feel and perform your best, whether that means upping your cross training game or making exercise and healthy habits a permanent part of your life.  Exercise and nutrition don't come in a size that fits everyone; together, we'll make it work for your individual needs, goals, and strengths.  If you have a sport you love, have yet to find one, or simply want the longevity and wellness that comes with regular exercise, I can help you feel great and enjoy your favorite activities.

Equestrian

Level up your fitness to let your horse do their best

As a lifelong, multi-discipline equestrian, I have a particular interest in coaching fellow riders on their fitness, posture, and proprioception.  Balanced, effective riding starts on the ground and continues in the saddle!
